Delivery Time
We usually ship orders within 24 hours. Custom or personalized pieces may take 1–3 days to dispatch. Once shipped, your order should reach you within 3–4 days.
You’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details. Our team may also call to confirm your availability for delivery. If anything unexpected causes a delay, we’ll update you right away.
Tamper-Proof Packaging
Your jewellery is packed in sturdy, sealed boxes with all relevant certificates. Please check the package for any visible damage at the time of delivery.
Free Gift Packaging
If you’re sending a gift, we’ll ship it directly to the address you share. Our gift boxes come beautifully wrapped, and we can include a personalized message as well. Let our team know if you’d like gift packaging.

Shipping Policy – International
International Shipping
Payments must be made in USD to our EFC account. Bank details will be shared once your order is confirmed.
Payments must be completed via international wire transfer.
We offer free shipping to the USA for orders above INR 1,50,000 (single bill).
For orders below INR 1,50,000, the shipping charge is INR 10,000.
Customs duties and import charges must be paid by the customer.
Online credit card payments are accepted, but international card fees of up to 3.5% may apply.

It usually takes 48–72 hours for your payment to reflect in our account. Once confirmed, we begin the shipping process. After clearing customs, delivery typically takes 12–15 working days.
To reserve any jewellery you like for a later purchase, a 50% advance payment of the product’s value is required.
Shipping Details
i. Customers are responsible for shipping, handling charges, and any applicable duties at the destination.
ii. Our international shipping partner is DHL/Airwings/Aramex.
iii. Tracking details will be shared via email, so please provide the correct email ID at checkout.
iv. Delivery timelines vary by country, usually 7–14 working days. We’ll keep you informed throughout.

Custom Duty
i. Every jewellery shipment leaving India must go through Indian Customs for inspection and clearance. Packages are released only after approval.
Because of this, you may ignore the standard message printed on the box that says Do not accept if the package is open or tampered. The package will be sealed with an official customs label.
