Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags intact
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, our team will share the return address and instructions.

Please note: All returns must be self-shipped by the customer. Courier and shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Products sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Customized or personalized jewellery
• Sale or discounted items
• Items marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item (as per the return policy) and place a new order separately once the return is approved.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

The product must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, in original packaging, and supported by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
